Return Eligibility

If your purchase simply isn’t what you expected, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in original, resalable condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
  • Furniture should not be assembled or show signs of use. 

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact our customer service team with your order number and details about the item you’d like to return. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps and provide any necessary return instructions.

Return Shipping & Fees

Return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received defective, damaged, or incorrect—in which case we’ll cover return shipping. Depending on the item and situation, a restocking fee may apply; we’ll clearly explain any fees before you complete your return. 

Defective or Damaged Items

Please inspect your delivery when it arrives. If an item is defective or damaged upon delivery, notify us right away so we can make it right. We may ask for photos or additional details, and we’ll work quickly to replace or refund your item. 

Special Orders & Non-Returnable Items

Certain products—such as customized or special-order items—are not eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrect. We will always confirm eligibility before processing your return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
